The growing competition on the market results in the fact that marketing of commercial premises is getting more importance. In order to meet the market expectations, REDCo offers the following sets of marketing services related to real estate:

The cooperation with our Marketing Specialists helps the real estate owners to save time and money at developing and implementing marketing activities in the area of promotion. Property Audits

We offer performing of the professional property audits. An audit enables an objective evaluation of a property condition, and we perform it in the following areas:

• operating and technical costs, 

• technical servicing and organisation of property servicing.

The procedure is very clear and transparent. After gathering all the necessary information on a property, we perform an inspection of a technical condition of a building. The audit is finished with a report that presents a general condition of a property and proposals of investments related to the technical servicing of a building, which directly affect lowering of operating costs and indicating of new sources of income.

Investment Supervision

At a client’s request, we perform the investment supervision that includes:

1. Preparing the tender-related documentation.

2. Organising tenders and selecting the most attractive offers of contractors.

3. Performing supervision of the actual construction process (performing functions of supervision inspectors) that is based on:

• representing the Investor at the construction site by controlling the consistency of the construction and its project and the construction permit, the regulations and principles of technical knowledge,

• checking the quality of the performed work and built-in construction products, and, in particular, preventing the use of defective construction products and the products that are not allowed for the use in construction,

• checking and accepting construction work that gets covered or disappears, participating in testing and technical acceptance of installations, technical devices and chimney ducts, as well as preparing and participating in the accepting process of the finished buildings, together with their turning over to be used,

• confirming the really finished work and removal of defects, as well as controlling the settlements of the construction,

• fulfilling and monitoring the work schedules.

4. Taking over and managing, in the name of an Investor, the newly built property.

Property Evaluation

Based on the cooperation with the licensed property valuation experts, REDCo provides Property Valuation services that include:

•  estimating the real estate value at the level of the whole country,
  
• co-ordinating activities related to the real estate estimating by the licensed property valuation experts,
• selecting valuation experts while taking into account the specific character of the valued properties considering their location, area, purpose and the way they are used.
