The main task of REDCo as the property manager is fulfilling the property owner's objectives and, at the same time, ensuring a high standard and comfort for the tenants. Our efforts are aimed at making the buildings generate the highest possible income through negotiations and the cost level control with media suppliers. We care for maintaining properties in a very good technical condition. Our objective is to create the “added value” of properties. Each of our clients is treated individually due to different area lease needs of each particular firm.

Applying the latest software that is updated on an ongoing basis, such as Archibus/FM – a complex application that supports the work of property managers.

Based on our many years’ experience, we propose the owners of commercial properties a broad-range cooperation in the following areas:

  • representing the Owner’s interests according to a power of attorney,
  • keeping a log of the premises, as well as the technical, administrative and legal documentation for the premises,
  • negotiating, rationalising and controlling the level of costs, with media suppliers,
  • providing the ongoing technical servicing of the premises,
  • co-ordinating and monitoring the services provided by sub-contractors,
  • ongoing servicing of tenants,
  • providing maintenance of buildings and their equipment, as well as technical consulting,
  • supervising the timeliness of all fees related to a property,
  • performing other activities related to the management and administration of a building, which are ordered by the Owner.
